Workouts for men, women and children to get healthy and fit
IMEC Fitness and Training Complex is a Black-owned, full-scale training facility that helps youth and young athletes prepare for Division 1 sports and adults achieve their personal fitness goals. Under the direction of IMEC Fitness and Training Complex president Coach George Brown, thousands of student-athletes advanced to college and professional sports, and most adults lost on average 10 to 15 pounds per month.
Located in Lockland, Ohio, IMEC Fitness and Training Complex is a 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art workout facility with 25 yards of field turf, a 40-yard indoor track, cardio and strength training equipment, a sauna and a massage room.
Unlike most gyms and fitness centers, IMEC Fitness and Training Complex specializes in functional training that uses body weight to create tension and resistance to build joints and muscles naturally. Workouts for adults, youth and young athletes include running, cycling, boxing, lifting, jumping, stretching, weight training, resistance training and strength building.

IMEC national magazine is the largest high school recruiting magazine that focuses on all sports. IMEC magazine allows all athletes to get exposure to maximize their potential.
